My training includes anatomy, physiology, pathology and kinesiology, along with a variety of massage techniques. Each session may incorporate techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage and other therapeutic techniques to address muscle tension, discomfort, mobility and recovery.
